This Privacy Policy describes how Technius Ltd (the “Site” or “we” or “Strip.Store”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site. If we change our privacy practices, we may update this privacy policy. If any changes are significant, we will let you know (for example, through the Strip.Store admin or by email).

Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of majority. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at store@stripchat.com to request deletion.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

  • Temporary deny list of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This deny list persists for a small number of hours.

  • Temporary deny list of coupons associated with deny listed IP addresses. This deny list persists for a small number of days

 

Your rights over your information

We believe you should be able to access and control your Personal Information no matter where you live. Depending on how you use Strip.Store, you may have the right to request access to, correct, amend, delete/erase, port to another service provider, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information (for example, direct marketing). We will not charge you more or provide you with a different level of service if you exercise any of these rights.

If you buy something from our Site and wish to exercise these rights over information about your purchase/order, you need to contact us.

Please note that if you send us a request relating to your personal information, we have to make sure that it is you before we can respond. In order to do so, we may use a third party to collect and verify identification documents.
